The root cause is almost always the same: fragmented data, delayed visibility, and decisions made on information that's weeks out of date. Owners and program managers are forced to react to problems that have already compounded rather than intervening when it could still matter.

We ingest and structure data from across a program — contracts, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost reports — and surface the signals that matter before they become crises. The team
We're a small, high-conviction team with backgrounds in construction, infrastructure finance, and enterprise software. We've spent time on job sites, in owner organizations, and in the rooms where capital allocation decisions get made. We know what the problem actually looks like — and we're building the tool we wish existed.
We take construction seriously. The best solutions come from understanding how programs actually fail — not from imposing software patterns on a domain we don't understand.
We stay small intentionally. Every person on the team has real scope, works directly with customers, and can see the impact of their work in the product.
