Engineering
Product Engineer, Agentic Workflows
About the role
Weaver is building the intelligence layer for the world's most complex capital programs — hospitals, data centers, infrastructure networks, and large commercial developments. Our platform ingests and structures data from across a program and surfaces the signals that matter before they become problems.
As a Product Engineer focused on Agentic Workflows, you'll own the systems that make Weaver's intelligence possible. That means designing and shipping agentic pipelines that extract structure from unstructured construction data — RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, cost reports — and assembling that structure into a knowledge graph that powers Weaver's analytical layer.
This is a high-ownership, full-stack role. You'll work directly with the founding team, sit at the intersection of AI and product, and have real say in the platform's technical direction. We move fast and ship to production — you'll be expected to own outcomes, not just tasks.
What you'll do
- Design and build agentic pipelines that extract, classify, and structure data from construction documents and third-party systems
- Develop and maintain Weaver's knowledge graph — defining schemas, relationships, and traversal patterns that power our intelligence layer
- Build full-stack product features end-to-end, from backend data models and APIs to React UI, working closely with design
- Integrate with construction industry data sources (Procore, e-Builder, Oracle Primavera, Autodesk Build) and own the reliability of those pipelines
- Contribute to model selection, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks for LLM-backed features
- Establish engineering standards and patterns for how we build agentic systems at Weaver
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems
- Strong Python proficiency; experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar) is a strong plus
- Proficiency in modern full-stack development — TypeScript, React, Node.js or equivalent
- Experience designing and querying graph databases (Neo4j, AWS Neptune) or strong interest in knowledge representation
- Comfort working across the stack and owning complex systems end-to-end
- Exposure to construction technology or AEC-adjacent domains is a meaningful advantage
- Strong written communicator — you document decisions and tradeoffs clearly
About Weaver
Weaver is building the intelligence layer for the world's most complex capital programs. Construction programs — hospitals, data centers, infrastructure networks, large commercial developments — represent trillions of dollars of investment annually, yet the industry still lacks the analytical tools to manage them with the precision and predictability that modern organizations demand. We're changing that. Our platform ingests data from across a program — contracts, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost reports — and surfaces the signals that matter before small problems become expensive ones. We give owners and program managers the visibility, foresight, and control to deliver capital programs with confidence.
We're a small, high-conviction team based remotely across the US. Everyone here has real scope, works directly with customers, and contributes to a platform reshaping an industry that hasn't been fundamentally disrupted in a generation.
