Product Manager

Full-time Remote (US)

About the role

Capital construction is one of the last major industries without a strong analytical layer. Programs worth billions of dollars are still managed with spreadsheets, disconnected point tools, and the institutional knowledge of individuals. Weaver is changing that — building a platform that gives owners and program managers the visibility and foresight to deliver with confidence.

As a Product Manager at Weaver, you'll own the definition and execution of core parts of our platform. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and our customers to understand what matters most — and translate that into a roadmap the team can ship against. You'll write the specs, make the calls, and be accountable for the outcomes.

This role requires genuine curiosity about the construction industry and the willingness to develop deep domain knowledge. The best ideas at Weaver come from understanding how programs actually fail — not from product frameworks applied in the abstract. You'll spend significant time with customers, in the data, and in the field.

What you'll do

  • Define and own product strategy for your area, from discovery through delivery and iteration
  • Write clear, detailed product specifications and work closely with engineering to ensure the right tradeoffs are made
  • Conduct ongoing customer research — interviews, site visits, data analysis — to continuously sharpen your understanding of the problem
  • Prioritize ruthlessly: evaluate competing initiatives against customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value
  • Partner with design to develop intuitive workflows for technically complex domains
  • Define success metrics for every feature you ship and use data to drive iteration

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of shipping products customers love
  • Strong analytical foundation — you're comfortable in data, can write SQL, and make decisions from evidence
  • Experience working in or adjacent to construction, infrastructure, real estate development, or another complex project-based industry is a strong plus
  • Excellent written communicator — your specs are clear, your reasoning is visible, and your priorities are justified
  • Ability to hold both the strategic vision and the tactical detail simultaneously
  • Low ego, high output — you do what needs to be done and don't let process get in the way of progress

About Weaver

Weaver is building the intelligence layer for the world's most complex capital programs. Construction programs — hospitals, data centers, infrastructure networks, large commercial developments — represent trillions of dollars of investment annually, yet the industry still lacks the analytical tools to manage them with the precision and predictability that modern organizations demand. We're changing that. Our platform ingests data from across a program — contracts, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost reports — and surfaces the signals that matter before small problems become expensive ones. We give owners and program managers the visibility, foresight, and control to deliver capital programs with confidence.

We're a small, high-conviction team based remotely across the US. Everyone here has real scope, works directly with customers, and contributes to a platform reshaping an industry that hasn't been fundamentally disrupted in a generation.
